Uh... Pig on the Pond?

Uh... So there's this thing called Pig on the Pond that been happening in Clermont, FL for the past 20 years... And... I had never even heard of it until a few weeks ago... But since there was a carnival midway.. I felt the need the check it out.
 (Maybe a bonus coaster? hm. but sadly, there was none to be found.)

So uh, yeah... Pig on the Pond.

The event was surprisingly busy.

And featured live music and BBQ....
as well as a small ride midway.

Was my first time seeing a 'full size' Expo Wheel.
Having only ridden the slightly smaller version of it a year ago at the Lake County Fair.

Wisdom built Silver Streak mini Himalaya.

ARM built Rock Star.

Wisdom built full sized Himalaya.

Sellner /Larson built Funnel Force.

and... a Hrubetz built Round-Up

The Orlando Cat Café!

Heaven, in Clermont?

Oh man, the Orlando Cat Café!

I mean... Where else can you get a piece of pie and play with cats at the same time?!

(Season Passes are available!)
The cat room is said to have 12 to 15 cats roaming around in the Cat Play Area/Adoption Area at any given time... but by roaming, they really mean being lazy and napping <3 ...and for those who just want to see the cats without going in the cat room itself, there is a viewing window from the cafe area. It was so hard to not walk out of there without adopting most of the cats in there... but I guess that's the overall point. While its nice to just play with the cats... the overall goal is to find homes for all the cats inside <3
